We collect personal information only from our app. Such information is collected for the sole purpose of understanding and improving our users' experience on our application.

Credentials. We may collect your passwords and other security information used for authentication and access.

Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications on behalf of ourselves, or our Users. 

Geo Data. We may request to collect location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-based services

This would include the information associated with a specific person, with which we can identify that person from that data collected from different sources. We collect the information at the time when the user registers on the application for the first time directly to take our service, or through different social media platforms and other tracking sources. The details would include:

• Personal details: First and last name, phone number, email address, billing address including postal code, login credentials directly received at the time of login
• We may receive limited information from third party like Instagram, Facebook etc in the form of followers, comments, likes and other ways
• We also receive details through different search activities conducted by user and downloads that have happened through different marketing campaigns run
• Transactional information: the details collected from debit card, credit card, and other sources are encrypted and are received through payment gateway to process your requests. When payment card information is received, it is encrypted as per the industry standards
• Posts on social media: The users should posts on such platforms at their own risks and be very careful in revealing any sensitive information on it.

Visitors to our app may also refuse to provide it, with the potential to lose access or otherwise be prevented from engaging with certain services that we offer. We may automatically collect certain information about the mobile devices you use to access the Services, and about your use of the Services, even if you use the Services without registering or logging in.

• Mobile status: For mobile application users, the online or offline status of your application.
• Applications: If you use theDeliveryLo application, we may collect information about the presence and/ or absence and/ or details pertaining to other applications on your mobile phone. The applications we gather information for, may vary across categories including, without limitation, shopping, fashion, food and travel. This will help us understand you and your preferences better and enable DeliveryLoto provide you with a personalized experience.

Information about friends

The customers have the option to make her/his friend join by using the referral code. If you request your friend to join and connect him to join our service, we’ll only use your friends contact information to process your request.

Information shared with vendors

We have tie ups with different types of vendors that offers food, groceries, cosmetics, fruits, vegetables and other stationary products. We also offer the service of pick and drop. We collect the data from the vendors including – name, location, email address, phone number and other details and add their products on the application. If you provide the mobile number, we may connect with you on text messages or calls to help you with any important information. Please contact the restaurant directly if you want to learn about its privacy practices.

Third Parties

We do not sell your data to third parties for promotional purposes. We may share your information with third parties that work with, and/or for us, to provide our Services. This may include payment processing, data delivery, data hosting, security, analytics, marketing, legal, safety, and/or customer service purposes. Business Transfer. In the case of an acquisition, liquidation, bankruptcy, merger, sale, financing, and/or negotiation, we may share or transfer your information to another entity. You acknowledge that such a transfer could take place at any time, and any acquirer may continue to use your information.

Editing information

If you would like to review, change or delete personal information we have collected from you, or permanently delete your account, please use the helpline number provided on the website, or contact us on email.

If we receive instructions using your user’s name and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

Data retention and account termination

You can close your account by visiting your profile settings page on our application. We will remove your public posts from view and/or dissociate them from your account profile, but we may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law. Thereafter, we will either delete your personal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity.
